Purpose of the Role: Voice Assistant Bixby – Test Coordinator

As a Bixby Test Engineer you will be a part and you will have direct impact on Samsung’s success and quality of our products

Key Objectives:

The main tasks you are expected to perform include:

1. Validate Voice-activated Artificial Intelligence features

2. Contribute to regular progress and final project reports

3. Create test cases based on local test environment

4. Manage test project schedule

5. Quality assurance "end user" testing on Mobile Intelligent terminals (smartphones, tablets and laptops) and accessories (e.g. headset, hands-free, wearable devices)

6. Provide informed feedback on interface usability and phone design concept 7. Work closely with QA and R&D Engineers in the UK, Poland, India, US, Vietnam & Korea to:

• Discuss and provide information about defects and other issues that arise as a part of testing
• Consider possible impact on market

8. Automation of Bixby´s features

9. Keep abreast of new features and techniques of the mobile devices

10. Capacitated or qualified for Business trip to Korea, Europe or all around the world.

Key Competencies & Characteristics:

• Fluent written and spoken English & native Spanish Language

• Capable of making decisions, working independently and organizing own workload

• High self-motivation and ability to work alone, setting sensible priorities, working to tight deadlines, managing conflicting priorities

• A good level of presentation, communication and planning skills

• Approachable, flexible, team orientated and self-assertive where required

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management

• Strong PC skills (especially MS Office Excel)

• A good understanding of documentation requirements

• Linguistic or Translation & Interpretation degree will be an advantage.

• Strong database comprehension skills (recommended, not mandatory)

• Python language for automation (optional, not mandatory)

Skills and Qualifications

Experience We'd expect:

• Previous experience in Voice Assistants.

• Experience using Mobile Intelligent terminals (smartphones, tablets, watches).
